PROJECT AWARDS
The Marker Advocates of Tobyhanna Township (MATT) received a number of honors in 2018 for its work preserving local history with its historic marker program. It was presented with the Preservation Pennsylvania 2018 Historic Preservation Award, the Monroe County Historical Association 2018 Heritage Resource Award, recognition from both house of the Pennsylvania General Assembly, and recognition from the Tobyhanna Township Supervisors.
